Shipping Information

If I place an order, will 100Degree deliver it?

Yes, 100Degree.ae team will deliver your package. Please do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current situation (e.g. offices). Please check your building or community guidelines regarding restrictions on home deliveries.

We are working to ensure availability of these products, and continue to bring on additional capacity to deliver customer orders. We are continuing to ship all available selection in our inventory. Please see our recent press release for more information:

Can I still return my orders?

Yes, you can create returns by visiting 100Degree.ae. Our associates are trained to follow regional regulations and social distancing guidelines when picking up returns. Thank you in advance for your co-operation

However please see the vendor’s return and refund policy for each order placed subject to different item and products terms.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your shipment on 100Degree.ae by clicking here. However we recommend to signup with us. You can sign up to receive notifications about your shipment here.

Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

To make it easier for the customers to shop online, you can place an order and checkout as a guest. However it is recommended to create an account to track your order, return/refund, access wishlist, access order history and to be notify with the updates regularly.

Till When Can I Return My Order?

You can return the order in 3 days from the date it delivered to you. However please see vendor’s return and refund policy.

When Will I Get My Refund?

You can expect the refund within 5-7 working days after the successful returned of item from your place to vendor’s warehouse.

Add and Manage Addresses

You can add, edit, and delete addresses for future orders. You can also select a default address to make it easier to place an order. You can have a separate billing and shipping address to deliver your package.

What are the Payment Methods Available?

You can pay by credit/debit card with secure and safe checkout facility. There is an option available to “Cash on Delivery” for those who want to pay cash. For direct bank transfers, please contact 100Degree.ae team.

"Keep Me Signed In" Checkbox

If you use a personal device that you don’t share with others, we recommend that you check the “Keep me signed in” checkbox.

This will keep you signed in to your 100Degree.ae account on this device, so you’ll be asked to sign in less frequently. To make sure that your account remains safe, we may still occasionally ask you to confirm your identity – for example, by entering your password, or responding to a message on your mobile device.

To prevent others from accessing your 100Degree.ae account, we strongly recommend that you don’t use this feature on devices and computers that are shared with other people.

How Do I Get an Invoice?

With every successful order, you will get an automated email from the system to notify the completion of the order. You will also get an automated invoice (in pdf format) attached with that email.

Can I request a VAT Invoice?

Yes you can request a VAT invoice from 100Degree.ae. 100 Degree Perfumes LLC is registers LLC company in UAE and has a valid Tax identity. You will get all VAT invoices with the company name 100 Degree Perfumes LLC.

Is It Safe to receive my Orders?

We always prioritize the safety of our customers and our delivery associates. We will continue to deliver only where it is safe to do so. For guidance on COVID-19, please refer to the World Health Organization website.
